What is AG Capital?
We are true private lender, we’re independent—no banks, no middlemen, and no rigid systems. We keep it simple no credit checks, no hoops to jump through. If the deal makes sense, we’ll fund it. Just half a point at closing and 1.5% interest-only payments due monthly.
What does 100% financing mean?
We cover 100% of the purchase and rehab costs in draws.
Why would a deal be rejected?
1. ARV is over estimated by the borrower.
2. The purchase price is too high
3. The scope of work is underestimated.
How do I submit a deal

What is the submission through closing process like?
After submission, we provide answers the same or next business day. Once approved, we will set up an in person or virtual inspection to verify the state of the home. Then you will be instructed to introduce someone from our team to title. Our team member will provide all of our terms to title and get all of the lender docs we require to be drafted by them. Once this is done we will approve the docs, you will get them signed and we will be ready to fund the day of closing. It’s just that simple.
How fast can you close?
We pride ourselves on being the fastest lender in Georgia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio and, Texas with funding approvals and disbursements in as little as the same day. However, it is best to give us a 2-3 day notice.
How fast until I hear an answer back on my submission?
After submission, we provide answers the same or next business day.
What other fees are there?
No Hidden fees. Just the half a point due at closing.
Can I do multiple deals at once?
Yes we can fund multiple deals at once.
What are your loan terms?
Half a point at closing, 1.5% interest only due monthly with a 6 month balloon (six-month extension available for a 1 point fee).
What's the longest a loan can go?
6 months however if you a have been on time for every payment we offer another 6 month extension for a 1 point fee.

We lend in any zip code in GA, NC, WV, OH and TX.
Do you do other deals besides single family homes?
